About the Role:
Are you a natural team player with a passion for hospitality? We’re looking for a energetic, detail-oriented F&B Supervisor to help guide our front-of-house team and elevate our guest experience!
Key Responsibilities:
- Shift Leadership: Oversee daily service operations, ensuring seamless service and high standards.
- Team Guidance: Mentor, guide, and support service crew members, fostering a positive working environment.
- Guest Experience: Handle customer feedback and inquiries professionally to ensure high satisfaction.
- Operational Excellence: Assist the Outlet Manager with inventory management, opening/closing duties, and cash float auditing.
- Quality Control: Ensure cleanliness, food hygiene standards, and safety guidelines are consistently met.
Requirements:
- At least 1–2 years of experience in F&B or hospitality (prior supervisory experience is a plus!).
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Friendly, reliable, and able to lead by example in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
