Join Our Team: Part-Time Customer Service cum Admin Officers Wanted! Embrace a Dynamic Role with Flexible Days!
Job Responsibilities:
- Man the front counter at all times
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction at all times
- Welcome walk-in customers and register customers
- Attend to enquiries via phone call and emails
- Operational checks on the service centre and replenishment of collaterals
- Collect documents received from customers and make certified copies of these documents
- Provide administrative support
- Need to be roving around different offices depending on manpower planning
Job Requirements:
- Min GCE ‘O’ Level with prior experience in customer service support is an advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Capacity to adapt to changing environments and handle unexpected challenges
Working Hours and other Info:
- Commit min 3 days for 8 months or longer!
- 8:15am to 6:30pm (with 1 hour break)
- Roving within Central to East region!
