Rsolute Inc Pte Ltd is looking for individuals to join our corporate sales team. You’ll meet business customers face-to-face, understand their needs and introduce telecommunications solutions such as corporate mobile plans and business broadband.
New to sales? You’ll receive product training, one-to-one coaching and hands-on guidance as you learn to approach customers, explain solutions and follow up on opportunities.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Visit businesses and speak with business owners and decision-makers
• Start conversations with potential customers through direct outreach
• Understand their business needs and recommend suitable products and services
• Follow up on enquiries and support customers through the application process
• Work towards individual and team sales targets
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
• Product and sales training
• One-to-one coaching and feedback
• Practical experience in communication, negotiation and client relationships
• Opportunities to take on training and leadership responsibilities as you demonstrate readiness

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• Comfortable meeting people and willing to initiate conversations
• Open to feedback and willing to practise new skills
• Able to stay motivated when customers decline
• Comfortable with daily outdoor, face-to-face B2B sales
• Responsible and able to follow up consistently
No previous sales experience is required. Applicants from retail, hospitality and customer service backgrounds, as well as fresh graduates and career switchers, are welcome.
