Management Executive Officer (Operations Support) | 6-Month Contract | Up to $3,340/month
Contract: 6 months, with potential extension for a further 6 months
Working hours: Monday–Thursday, 8:30am–6:00pm; Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm
Key Responsibilities
- Process applications, records and supporting documents, checking information for accuracy and completeness
- Update and maintain accurate records using relevant systems
- Assist applicants and members of the public with general enquiries
- Follow established procedures and refer complex or exceptional cases to the appropriate officer
- Support daily frontline service and backend operations
- Perform other operational and administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
- At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in application, case, document or transaction processing
- Experience checking information and supporting documents against applications or records
- Meticulous, with the ability to process information accurately and consistently
- Good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, and comfortable using IT systems
- Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
