Shipping & Admin Assistant
$2,500 – $2,800
Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm

Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and verify shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and customs declarations.
- Handle Letter of Credit (L/C) shipments and ensure documentation meets requirements.
- Arrange local and international shipments with freight forwarders and transport providers.
- Track shipments and follow up on delivery issues.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate shipping records.
- Provide administrative support to the sales and logistics teams.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent.
- Experience in shipping, logistics, or administration is an advantage.
- Familiarity with L/C shipments is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
