Full-Time HR Assistant (Recruitment) | $2,500–$3,000 | Training Provided
We are looking for an organised and proactive HR Assistant to support our team’s recruitment activities. You will help manage job postings, screen applications, arrange interviews and conduct initial candidate interviews.
Fresh graduates are welcome. Training and guidance will be provided.
Salary
S$2,500–S$3,000 basic per month, depending on relevant experience and skills.
Responsibilities
• Prepare, publish and update job advertisements on recruitment platforms
• Review résumés and shortlist applicants based on job requirements
• Contact applicants to explain the role, check their suitability and confirm availability
• Conduct initial phone screenings and preliminary interviews
• Arrange interviews and coordinate schedules with candidates and hiring managers
• Send interview reminders and follow up on attendance and outcomes
• Maintain candidate records and track recruitment progress
• Assist with onboarding arrangements and recruitment administration
Requirements
• Organised, responsible and attentive to detail
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable speaking with candidates over the phone and in person
• Able to manage multiple applications and follow up promptly
• Basic Microsoft Office or Google Workspace skills
• Able to handle candidate information confidentially
• Previous HR or recruitment experience is an advantage, but not required
