Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with franchise partners to obtain shipping details and communicate shipment schedules.
- Monitor order status from confirmation through shipment and final delivery.
- Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and logistics partners to ensure timely dispatch of goods.
- Prepare and maintain shipment schedules and follow up on delivery timelines.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve order- or shipment-related issues.
- Monitor inventory levels and support replenishment planning.
- Track stock availability and coordinate with warehouses to ensure smooth inventory movement.
- Maintain accurate invoice, inventory, and shipment records using Microsoft Excel and RIMS.
- Support demand planning and stock allocation based on business requirements.
- Prepare shipping documents, commercial invoices, packing lists, and other supply chain documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, shipments, and inventory transactions.
- Generate regular supply chain reports and provide updates to the Line Manager.
- Ensure all documentation complies with company policies and customer requirements.
- Work closely with Sales, Procurement, Finance, Warehouse, and Franchise Partner teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Coordinate with overseas partners and suppliers regarding production status and shipment schedules.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency.
Requirements
- Diploma, or equivalent experience in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or order management, international shipping, and inventory management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
- Experience with RIMS or other ERP systems is an advantage.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
