Be part of an exciting festive campaign for a prestigious international luxury beauty brand! We are looking for well-groomed, confident and service-oriented individuals to deliver a premium and memorable guest experience.
JOB DETAILS
📍 Location: Central Region, Singapore
⏰ Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM
📅 Event Period: November 2026 – January 2027 (14 Event Days)
Event Dates:
- 20–21 November 2026
- 27–28 November 2026
- 4–5 December 2026
- 11–12 December 2026
- 18–19 December 2026
- 25–26 December 2026
- 1–2 January 2027
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Welcome, greet and usher guests in a warm and professional manner.
- Guide guests through an exclusive, interactive festive brand experience.
- Clearly explain activity instructions and assist guests throughout the experience.
- Facilitate smooth guest flow and ensure an enjoyable customer journey.
- Attend to guest enquiries with confidence, patience and professionalism.
- Assist with queue management and maintain an organised event environment.
- Provide on-site event support and perform other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
- Well-groomed, presentable and professional appearance.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Confident, friendly, approachable and comfortable engaging with guests.
- Able to explain instructions clearly and effectively.
- Polite, proactive, responsible and attentive to details.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and service-oriented attitude.
- Prior experience in luxury retail, hospitality, guest relations, brand activation or event ushering is an advantage.
- Punctual, reliable and able to work well in a team.
- Able to commit to all 14 event days is highly preferred.
