Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Sales Coordinator to join our manufacturing team in Singapore. You will support the sales function by managing orders, liaising with customers and coordinating with internal departments. We value merit, celebrate multicultural teamwork and provide training to help you succeed.
Job Description
- Process customer enquiries, quotations and sales orders accurately and promptly
- Coordinate with production, logistics and finance teams to ensure timely delivery of products
- Maintain customer records, sales reports and order-tracking documentation
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks, follow-ups and after-sales queries
Job Requirements
- ITE or higher in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain or a related field; relevant experience in sales support or manufacturing is advantageous but not essential
- Strong communication and organisational skills, with good attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with ERP or CRM systems is a plus
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team
