Operate and monitor food production, filling and packaging machinery on the production line
Measure, weigh and prepare raw materials/ingredients according to standard recipes and SOPs
Carry out filling, sealing, labelling, packing and palletising of finished products
Perform in-process quality checks (weight, appearance, seal integrity, expiry/batch coding) and report defects
Follow food safety, hygiene and GMP/HACCP requirements at all times, including cleaning and sanitation of equipment and work areas
Record production output, downtime and batch details accurately in daily logs
Handle loading/unloading and movement of raw materials and finished goods within the factory
Assist with stock counts and practise FIFO stock rotation
Report machine faults or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly
Any other production or warehouse duties as assigned
Requirements
No experience required — on-the-job training provided (experience in food/beverage manufacturing is an advantage)
Physically fit: able to stand for long hours, work in a production environment, and lift up to 20–25kg
WSQ Food Safety Course Level 1 certification preferred — course will be sponsored for candidates without it
Able to follow SOPs and keep simple written records
Responsible, punctual, and a good team player
Able to commit to [shift / weekend] schedule where required
