Cantera Collective Group is looking for a responsible, service-oriented, and proactive Restaurant Supervisor to support our daily restaurant operations. We welcome candidates who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are committed to delivering excellent customer service.
Job Responsibilities
Assist with the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth service.
Attend to customers professionally and provide excellent dining experiences.
Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints in a courteous manner.
Coordinate closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food service.
Ensure the restaurant is clean, organised, and well-maintained at all times.
Maintain service quality and ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company operating standards.
Assist with stock checks, inventory monitoring, and replenishment of service supplies.
Monitor daily operational needs and report any issues to the Restaurant Manager.
Assist with opening and closing duties, cash handling, and daily operational records where required.
Perform other duties related to restaurant operations as assigned.
Job Requirements
Previous experience in the F&B industry is preferred.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Responsible, attentive to detail, and willing to learn.
Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with colleagues.
Positive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility.
Able to work on weekends, and public holidays.
