Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment, interviews, employment contracts and onboarding.
- Handle work pass applications, renewals and government-related matters.
- Administer employee benefits, claims and HR documentation.
- Support performance appraisals, salary increments and bonus administration.
- Maintain HR systems, job descriptions, policies and procedures.
- Coordinate employee accommodation, dormitory checks and uniform issuance.
- Support employee relations, disciplinary matters and staff engagement activities.
- Conduct exit interviews and manage clearance and repatriation arrangements.
What we're looking for
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in human capital management and operations and applicants in the healthcare or services industry will have an advantage
- Knowledge of employment laws, and talent management principles
- Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in using HR information systems and AI
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Proactive, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement
- Degree/ Diploma/ Certificate in Human Resource Management or Business Administration
