Working Hours
- 6 days work week
- Day Shift: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM (1-hour break)
- Other shift arrangements subject to employer confirmation
- Rest days according to roster
Job Responsibilities
- Wash and sanitise plates, bowls, cutlery, pots, pans and kitchen utensils.
- Operate dishwashing equipment safely when required.
- Sort, organise and store clean dishes and kitchen equipment.
- Remove food waste and dispose of rubbish properly.
- Clean dishwashing stations, sinks, kitchen floors and drains.
- Replenish dishwashing detergent and cleaning supplies.
- Assist with general kitchen cleaning duties.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the washing area.
- Follow food safety and workplace safety procedures.
- Support kitchen operations during busy service periods.
Job Requirements
- No previous dishwashing experience required.
- Kitchen or dishwashing experience is an advantage.
- Willing to learn and follow instructions.
- Comfortable working in a wet and fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Able to stand for extended periods and handle kitchen equipment.
- Willing to carry out washing and cleaning duties.
- Available to work weekends and public holidays.
- Responsible, punctual and hardworking.
