Job description
Location: Central / West
Working Hours:
6-days work week schedule on rotating shift (including PH, Weekend)
· Shift 1: 10am - 6pm
· Shift 2: 12pm - 8pm
· Shift 3 : 2pm - 10pm
Salary:
Up to $3300 + Bonus
- Key Responsibilities
- Managed daily operations of the members’ lounge and customer service counter, ensuring a well-maintained environment and delivering a premium hospitality experience for members, guests, and shoppers.
- Served as the main point of contact for customer and membership enquiries through WhatsApp, email, phone, and in-person interactions, providing timely and professional assistance.
- Handled customer feedback, complaints, lost-and-found administration, paging, and in-house announcements in accordance with service standards and procedures.
- Conducted regular mall and facility inspections to ensure common areas, retail spaces, and marketing communication facilities were well maintained, and coordinated follow-up actions with relevant departments.
- Supported the execution of promotions, events, and high-touch member activities by managing guest registration, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and ensuring smooth event operations.
- Promoted loyalty programs, digital customer service solutions, and voucher initiatives, while educating retailers on programme participation and assisting with redemption and administrative processes
Requirements
- High self-initiative and attentive to details
- Required to work on 6 days rotating shifts including weekends and Public Holidays
- Computer literate, customer oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
