Junior Admin cum HR Assistant
$2,400 – $3,300
Marymount
Mon – Fri, 9am – 6pm; Alternate Sat, 9am – 1pm

Job Responsibilities
- Handle daily accounting and administrative tasks.
- Prepare payment vouchers and arrange payments to suppliers, customers and vendors.
- Prepare, issue and file invoices and related documents.
- Update accounting records and assist with AP/AR, including payment follow-up.
- Handle cheque receipts and bank deposits.
- Prepare quotations, tax invoices, POs and DOs when required.
- Manage foreign worker accommodation, including dormitory check-in and check-out.
- Assist with new workers’ arrival arrangements in Singapore.
- Support employee benefits administration, including insurance and medical enrolment.
- Handle general office administration and daily operations.
- Perform other accounting and administrative duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- Diploma in Accountancy, Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, responsible and detail-oriented.
