Responsibilities:
- Meet clients to understand their design preferences, requirements and budgets.
- Develop creative interior design concepts, space layouts and mood boards.
- Prepare design proposals, material selections and quotations.
- Recommend suitable furniture, finishes, materials and interior solutions.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers and other project stakeholders.
- Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and ensure work meets design specifications.
- Manage project timelines, budgets and client expectations.
- Revise design proposals based on client feedback and project requirements.
- Maintain project documentation and use Excel or other relevant software for quotations and coordination.
- Ensure projects are completed according to agreed timelines, budgets and quality standards.
Requirements:
- Diploma or qualification in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or a related discipline.
- Fresh graduates with relevant studies are welcome to apply.
- Experience in interior design, renovation or space planning is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of design software and computer applications such as Excel.
- Creative, detail-oriented and able to develop practical design solutions.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
