Restaurant Manager
Location: Singapore
Employment Type: Full-time
Working Hours: 5 days per week, including weekends and public holidays
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, lead the team and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should be responsible, proactive and able to manage both people and business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
- Lead, train and manage the restaurant team.
- Manage staff scheduling and manpower requirements.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, service and cleanliness.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally.
- Monitor sales performance and work towards achieving sales targets.
- Manage inventory, food costs and labour costs while minimising wastage.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist with promotions and initiatives to improve sales.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in restaurant or F&B management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Good understanding of restaurant operations and cost control.
- Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Responsible, organised and able to work independently.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
- Singapore food safety certification is an advantage.
