Job Title: Admin Executive (NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED!)
Location: Alexandra Road
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $2500 - $3500 per month
Work Days: Monday to Friday (No need to work on PH)
Working Hours: 10am to 5pm
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy Admin Executive to support day-to-day personal and professional responsibilities. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can anticipate needs, manage tasks efficiently, and ensure operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage schedules, appointments, and calendar events
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
- Handle email and phone correspondence on behalf of the principal
- Run errands and manage household tasks or vendor coordination (if local)
- Maintain confidentiality and act with discretion at all times
- Assist with personal and business projects as needed
- Track tasks and follow up to ensure deadlines are met
Qualifications:
- At least local Diploma
Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent verbal communication and telephone etiquette.
- Confident, resilient, and able to handle rejection positively.
- Good listening skills and ability to think on your feet.
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and basic office tools.
- Target-driven with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Discreet, reliable, and professional demeanor.
