Position: Part-Time Local Recruiter (Singapore-based)
Salary: Fixed monthly salary of [SGD 4,000 - 8,000 ]
Work Arrangement: Full-time role; [Fully remote with standard working hours (Mon-Fri)]
Language Requirement:Fluent in Chinese; basic command of English is acceptable.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for F&B roles, from sourcing and screening to onboarding. Utilize company recruitment accounts, ATS systems, and multiple channels to maximize employer branding and job exposure.
- Talent Sourcing & Compliance: Proactively source and shortlist qualified F&B candidates. Strictly verify applicants' legal employment status (e.g., Work Permits, S Passes) in Singapore and ensure all recruitment activities comply with MOM (Ministry of Manpower) regulations.
- Stakeholder Management: Address candidate inquiries, schedule interviews, and mediate communication between applicants and hiring managers (store managers/HQ). Coordinate onboarding processes to ensure a high successful placement and retention rate.
- Data & Strategy: Prepare periodic recruitment data reports and analyze turnover rates. Sync manpower needs with store managers, troubleshoot urgent staffing problems promptly, and continuously build and sustain a robust local talent pool.
Preferred Qualifications
- Established connections within Singapore’s local Chinese communities, campus networks, and F&B sector.
- Well-versed in recruitment compliance requirements for all types of Singapore work visas (WP/SP/EP) and familiar with local labor laws.
- Proven track record in full-cycle recruitment, mass urgent hiring, and strategic manpower planning for the food & beverage and service industries.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and handle recruitment pressure during peak periods.
