Jawatan Kosong Barista | Gaji + Insentif | Sertai Fore Coffee (Warganegara Singapura & PR Sahaja)

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare Quality Beverages: Prepare coffee, tea, and other beverages according to Fore Coffee's recipes, quality standards, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Deliver Excellent Customer Service: Welcome customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide friendly and efficient service.
• Maintain Product Quality: Ensure all beverages are prepared consistently and meet the company's quality standards.
• Maintain Store Cleanliness: Keep the counter, equipment, and work areas clean, organized, and hygienic throughout each shift.
• Support Daily Store Operations: Assist with opening and closing procedures, stock replenishment, inventory checks, and other operational tasks.
• Handle Transactions: Process customer payments accurately and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system when required.
• Work as a Team: Collaborate with fellow baristas and store leaders to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Follow Food Safety Standards: Adhere to food safety, hygiene, workplace safety, and company operating procedures.
• Contribute to Store Performance: Support sales initiatives, promotional activities, and customer satisfaction goals.
• Maintain Professional Standards: Follow grooming guidelines, demonstrate a positive attitude, and maintain punctual attendance.

Requirements

• No previous barista experience required; training will be provided.
• A positive attitude and a genuine interest in coffee and customer service.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
• A team player with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Available to work full-time in Singapore.
• Must meet Singapore's applicable employment eligibility requirements.
