What you'll be doing
- Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support for HR operations
- Assist in organising sponsorship fairs and student engagement activities, including event preparation, logistics and follow-up
- Support administration by maintaining trackers, collating information and following up on required submissions
- Assist with HR documentation and coordination
- Maintain accurate employee records, trackers and HR documentation
- Assist with data collation, simple report preparation and other HR administrative matters as required
- Support ad hoc HR projects and operational duties assigned by the team
What we're looking for
- A Levels and above
- Prior administrative experience will be an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
- Organised, meticulous and comfortable handling documentation and multiple tasks
- Good communication and coordination skills, with a willingness to learn
