What makes this sales role different: you will not be starting from zero. Many of the businesses you speak with will already know and trust the brand. 🤝
We work with one of Singapore’s leading telecommunications providers. Their business customers rely on them for phone lines, internet and office systems. Your role is to connect with these businesses, understand how their needs have changed, and help them find the right solutions for where they are today.
Consider a café that has recently opened its second outlet, or an office that has grown from 5 to 15 employees but is still on its original plan. This is where you come in. 📈
💼 What You Will Be Doing
- Meet existing and new business customers face to face
- Review their current services and identify what no longer meets their needs
- Recommend suitable upgrades and add-on services
- Close sales and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
- Work towards weekly targets together with your team
To be transparent, this role comes with targets, and not every customer will say yes. You will also reach out to new businesses. However, having a trusted brand and existing customers behind you makes every conversation easier.
🙋 Who We Are Looking For
- Experience in sales, retail, F&B or customer service is an advantage, but not required
- Confidence in communicating with business owners
- Resilience and a steady attitude, even on slower days
