Job Responsibilities
Operations & Guest Experience
- Maintain Spa wet areas, lounges, changing rooms, treatment prep areas and back-of-house to required cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Perform opening/closing duties, room set-up and resets.
- Greet and assist guests, offer refreshments, explain facilities and respond promptly to requests.
- Monitor guest areas for cleanliness, comfort and safety, escalating concerns when required.
- Replenish linen, towels, robes, slippers and amenities; collect soiled linen and coordinate with Laundry.
- Maintain stock levels, organise storerooms and report low stock, damage, breakages or maintenance issues.
- Support Therapists and Reception to ensure smooth daily operations and guest flow.
- Maintain retail displays and represent the brand through professional grooming, communication and service.
Standards, Safety & Administration
- Follow hygiene, infection-control, chemical handling, safety, fire and security procedures.
- Complete cleaning schedules, operational checklists and required logs.
- Follow SOPs and brand standards and complete required training.
- Support deep cleaning, seasonal set-ups, pre-opening activities and other operational requirements.
- Maintain clear handovers on cleanliness, stock and maintenance matters.
Job Requirements
- High school completion or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a luxury spa, hotel, gym or housekeeping environment.
- Experience with linen, amenities, cleaning and maintaining high presentation standards.
- Basic English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
- Warm, service-oriented and comfortable interacting with guests.
- Detail-oriented, hygiene-focused, reliable and organised.
- Able to work effectively within a team and support across functions.
- Physically fit and comfortable standing for extended periods and handling linen and supplies.
- Basic First Aid/CPR certification is preferred.
