10x Pembantu Perkhidmatan Pesakit Sementara ! Waktu Pejabat/2 Syif
We are looking for a friendly and service-oriented Temporary Patient Service Associate to provide front-line customer service and administrative support. The ideal candidate should be organised, attentive to detail and able to communicate effectively with patients and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to enquiries and provide assistance to patients and visitors.
- Register patients and update their personal details in the system.
- Schedule appointments and manage registration records.
- Handle payments, billing and cashiering duties where required.
- Provide administrative support, including filing, data entry and document preparation.
- Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate smooth daily operations.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure patient information is handled confidentially.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum GCE O-Level or equivalent qualification.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using computer systems.
- Customer service experience in retail, hospitality or administrative roles will be an advantage.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Patient, service-oriented and meticulous.
