We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Construction Site Supervisor to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing the entire project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple construction projects from concept development to completion.
- Able to read and understand architectural and technical drawings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Work closely with designers, drafters, consultants, sub-contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow and clear communication across all stages.
- Conduct project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet deadlines and budget requirements.
- Attend client meetings, sub-contractor meetings and site inspections, providing professional updates and addressing any design or construction issues.
- Oversee MOM safety documentation and technical compliance requirements.
- Monitor project progress, quality control, and cost management, ensuring alignment with company standards.
- Manage variations, resolve site challenges, and ensure all deliverables meet safety and design standards.
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Construction Site Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in project management.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, detailing, and technical drawings.
- Excellent project coordination, leadership, and communication skills.
- Independent, responsible, and highly motivated with strong attention to detail.
- Able to manage multiple projects concurrently and work well under pressure.
- Able to commence work immediately or within short notice.
- Preferable to have own transportation vehicle (transport allowance provided)
