What you will be doing:
Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare management reports: Compile, format, and present regular operational and sales data briefs for the management team.
- Maintain sales dashboards: Build, update, and monitor weekly, monthly, and daily sales performance dashboards.
- Generate team reporting: Provide accurate sales reports to the sales team and keep sales information databases up to date.
Sales Administration & Data Maintenance
- Manage price adjustments: Input and update system pricing for new items, new customers, and general price changes.
- Maintain pricing templates: Update weekly, monthly, and daily pricing files, tenders, and templates regularly.
- Update market market intelligence: Record and update Market Average selling prices as required.
Customer Support & General Administration
- Assist new business: Support the sales team by generating formal quotations and assisting with new customer account openings.
- Handle frontline enquiries: Monitor and respond promptly to incoming email enquiries.
- Documentation & filing: Maintain systematic digital and physical filing systems for tenders and contracts.
What we are asking for:
- Experience: experience in sales administration and reporting.
- Skills: Proficiency in Excel (for dashboards/pricing data).
- Education: A Diploma in relevant discipline.
