Working hour: Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 4:35pm
Responsibilties:
- Manage purchase order issuance and open order execution for newparts, repairs, and exchanges to ensure timely material availability in supportof production requirements.
- Monitor material shortages, order status, and supplier commitments,ensuring accurate and timely updates.
- Ensure material fulfillment while maintaining optimal inventorylevels through effective management of active WIP and monitoring of agingfinished goods and WIP.
- Analyze parts usage and inventory trends and implement appropriateactions to maintain inventory at optimal levels.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolvematerial quality issues, including defective parts to minimize impact tooperations.
- Collaborate with Planning, Operations, Engineering, Quality,Logistics, and other stakeholders to support material readiness and businesspriorities.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirement:
- Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- At least 1–2 years of relevant procurement, supply chain, or materials management experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in purchase order management, supplier coordination,material planning, or inventory management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate material constraints and develop practical supply solutions.
- Effective communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a cross-functional and international business environment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- A team player with high standards of performance and a results-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Salary range: $3,000 - $3,500
