We are looking for a F&B experience Full Set Accounts Executive to join our team.

Mandarin Reading and Typing is necessary for daily communication with international supplier，Candidates with Singapore F&B industry experience are preferred. Mandarin speaking & reading will be a great advantage.Singaporean & PR only.

Salary: $3500‑$4000 monthly, commensurate with qualifications and experience

Responsibilities:

  • Handle full set of accounts independently
  • Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Perform bank reconciliations
  • Prepare monthly financial reports
  • Assist in GST submission and audit schedules
  • Maintain proper accounting records and documentation
  • Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year accounting experience preferred
  • Knowledge of accounting software is an advantage
  • Responsible, detail-oriented and able to work independently
  • Immediate availability is preferred
