We are looking for a dedicated, hands-on and passionate Pastry Chef who enjoys creating quality desserts, takes pride in presentation and is eager to grow with the team.
💼 JOB DETAILS
📍 Location: Singapore
💰 Salary: $2,800 – $3,200/month
📅 Work Week: 6 days
🏖️ Fixed Off Day: Every Monday
⏰ Working Hours: Approx. 8–9 hours/day
🕘 Typical Shift: 9:00/10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
🌴 Annual Leave: 7 days
👩🍳 YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare and produce tiramisu, cakes, pastries and a variety of desserts.
Handle daily pastry preparation, including creams, fillings, bases, toppings and decorations.
Ensure consistent quality in taste, texture, portioning and presentation.
Follow standard recipes, production schedules and kitchen procedures.
Manage ingredient preparation, stock rotation and inventory levels.
Minimise wastage through proper storage and FIFO/FEFO practices.
Maintain excellent kitchen cleanliness, hygiene and food safety standards.
Support high-volume production during festive seasons, events and peak periods.
Contribute ideas for new desserts, seasonal creations and recipe development.
Work closely with the team to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.
🎯 WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in pastry, bakery or dessert production.
Valid Food Safety Course Level 1 / Food Hygiene Certificate is a must.
Relevant pastry or culinary qualification is an advantage.
Good knowledge of basic pastry techniques, preparation and production processes.
Able to work independently and follow recipes accurately.
Detail-oriented, organised and committed to maintaining quality standards.
Positive attitude, reliable and a good team player.
