- Assist with daily watersports operations and prepare equipment for activities
- Welcome guests and introduce them to our exciting watersports activities
- Brief guests on safety guidelines and proper equipment usage
- Assist guests during activities to ensure they have a fun and safe experience
- Keep watersports equipment and the activity area clean, tidy, and well-maintained
- Conduct regular equipment checks and report any damage or safety concerns
- Work closely with the team to ensure smooth operations and great guest experiences
What We’re Looking For
- A love for the sun, sea, and outdoor activities
- Fun, energetic, and positive attitude
- Friendly personality with a passion for hospitality and guest service
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors
- Responsible, safety-conscious, and a good team player
- Able to work weekends and public holidays
- Previous watersports experience is an advantage
- CPR and First Aid Certification are a plus
