💰 Salary: S$2,500 – S$3,500/month + Performance Bonus
📅 Working Days: Monday to Saturday
⏰ Working Hours: Mon–Fri, 8 AM–5 PM | Sat, 8 AM–12 PM
Job Description
Our client, an established construction group in Singapore, is looking for an Assistant Customer Relations Officer (HIP / Resident Liaison) to support resident engagement and communication for Home Improvement Programme (HIP) projects.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist with public relations and resident engagement activities for HIP projects.
- Handle residents' enquiries, feedback and complaints related to upgrading works.
- Prepare notices, circulars and project-related communications.
- Conduct basic site-condition surveys and measurements.
- Coordinate with construction teams to follow up on reported issues.
- Maintain records and support smooth upgrading works.
Job Requirements
- Prior working experience in HDB Home Improvement Programme (HIP) projects is required.
- Hands-on experience in resident liaison, handling residents' feedback and coordinating HIP upgrading works.
- Experience as a Customer Relations Officer (CRO), Assistant CRO or Resident Liaison Officer in HIP projects is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable handling public feedback and conducting site visits.
- Able to work the stated Monday-to-Saturday schedule.
