The Opportunity:

  • Our client is a multinational shipping and logistics company.
  • Location: Changi
  • Salary: Up to $3000
  • Working hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and issue customer invoices, ensure timely billing, and distribute invoices to customers.​‌
  • Handle customer enquiries, investigate billing discrepancies, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve rate and charge disputes.​‌
  • Generate monthly customer billing reports, maintain documentation, and perform general administrative duties to support billing operations.​‌
  • Provide guidance to junior staff, assist the Manager in overseeing daily export billing activities

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE N-Level, O-Level, NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills.
  • Prior experience in billing, logistics, or administrative functions would be an advantage.
