About the role
This is a permanent position in public healthcare. You will assist patients with registration and appointment scheduling, handle enquiries, and provide frontline customer service in a clinic environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist patients with registration and appointment scheduling
- Handle enquiries and provide frontline customer service
- Provide administrative support for daily clinic operations
- Ensure smooth patient flow and a positive patient experience
About you
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service-oriented and patient
- Comfortable with frontline duties and shift schedules
- Healthcare or customer service experience is an advantage
