Pembantu Komunikasi (Media & Acara) ($2760/Bulan | Waktu Pejabat)
We’re hiring a Communications Assistant (Media & Event) to support media engagement activities, coordinate events, and assist with communications-related initiatives. If you have experience in content writing and editing, media coordination, or event support, this role could be a good fit for you.
📍 Nearest MRT: Woodlands North
🕘 Working Hours: Mon – Thurs: 8.30am – 6pm, Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm
💰 Salary: $2760/Month
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assist in preparing and coordinating media materials for organizational events and initiatives.
- Support the planning and execution of media-related activities, including coordinating media interviews.
- Monitor and track media coverage and assist in compiling reports and statistics.
- Provide administrative, logistical and operational support for events and projects.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Strong writing, editing and organizational skills with good attention to detail.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Familiarity with design and editing tools such as Canva or similar platforms would be an added advantage.
