RESPONSIBILITIES 

  1. Order Processing
    1. Assist in receiving and processing customer purchase orders.
    2. Enter order details accurately into the system.
    3. Verify basic order information such as product codes and quantities.
  2. Coordination & Communication:
    1. Support coordination with Sales, Logistics, Warehouse, and Finance teams.
    2. Assist in updating customers on order status and delivery schedules.
  3. Inventory & Delivery Monitoring:
    1. Help check product availability and monitor delivery schedules.
    2. Assist in following up on order fulfillment and deliveries.
  4. Documentation & System Management:
    1. Assist in preparing shipping and invoicing documents.
    2. Maintain accurate records in order management systems (IPOS).
  5. Issue Resolution:
    1. Support the team in handling basic order discrepancies and customer inquiries.
    2. Escalate issues to the relevant team members when necessary.
  6. Reporting:
    1. Assist in preparing weekly and monthly reports.
    2. Support tracking of order-related data and other administrative tasks as assigned.
  7. Payment Tracking:
    1. May need to review Customer’s Accounts Receivables and follow up on outstanding payment.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  2. No prior work experience required; interns and fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  3. Good communication and coordination skills.
  4. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  5. Basic understanding of web applications, e-commerce platforms, or order management systems is an advantage.
  6. Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
  7. Fluency in English (Korean, Chinese, Japanese language proficiency is a plus).
