Job Description
- Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacture And Repair Of Construction Machinery And Part
- Position Title: Sales Coordinator / Sales Admin
- Working Location: West - Joo Koon
- Working Hours: 5 days, Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm
- Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $3300 + Medical & Dental Benefits + AWS + VB
- Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries via email, phone, and other channels
- Process and monitor customer orders, ensuring timely delivery
- Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, accounts, and technical teams
- Prepare documents for orders, shipping, and sales activities
- Follow up on special orders and stock availability
- Manage PO entries, verify order and invoice accuracy
- Liaise with forwarders and negotiate competitive shipping rates
- Track inbound shipments and maintain updated sales records
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

- Min. O Level
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiar with Purchase Order and Freight Forwarding
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office
- Good communication & written skills in Chinese (Need to liaise with Chinese clients)
