Job Description
- Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturer for Semi-Con Industry
- Position Title: Storekeeper
- Working Location: Seletar
- Working Hours: 5 days (Mon-Fri: 8am-5.30pm)
- Salary Package: Basic $2,500 per month
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, check, and store incoming materials and goods.
- Issue materials, tools, and consumables based on production needs.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using the ERP system.
- Conduct stock checks and follow up on inventory discrepancies.
- Ensure proper labelling, storage, and housekeeping of the store area.
- Monitor stock levels and prepare purchase requests for approval when replenishment is needed.
- Prepare materials for delivery or collection.
- Follow FIFO (First-In, First-Out) practices and company safety procedures.
- Perform other store-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

- Minimum NITEC, GCE 'N'/'O' Level, or equivalent qualification.
- 1–2 years of experience in storekeeping, warehouse, or inventory operations is preferred.
- Basic computer skills and Microsoft Office knowledge; experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
- Able to handle stock and lift materials when required.
- Forklift license will be an added advantage.
