S$2200 - 4000 / sebulan
We are looking for a Sales Executive to develop our tobacco flavors business in the India market. The successful candidate will be based in India for most of the year, travelling independently across tier-2 and tier-3 cities. Periodic travel to Singapore will be required.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and independently visit potential customers in the India tobacco market.
- Introduce the company’s tobacco flavored products, distribute samples and understand customers’ product requirements.
- Build relationships with manufacturers, intermediaries to expand the customer network.
- Follow up on sample testing, customer feedback, pricing discussions and business opportunities.
- Maintain relationships with customers.
- Collect market information
- Prepare regular customer visit reports, sales updates and market reports for the Head of Sales.
- Learn the company’s products, industry practices and B2B field-sales techniques.
Requirements
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in chemical Engineer or related.
- Open to Singaporean/PR only
- The candidate must be fluent in both languages of Hindi to converse with the factory owners in the rural area on the ground during work and also intermediate proficiency in conversational mandarin, as the candidate will report directly to China and their business reviews and procurement procedures are in mandarin language.
- No Prior work experiences required but enterprise sales be a plus
Benefits Package consist of
1) Base: Up to 2.5k sgd, Meal and grocery expenses coverage up to 1.4k SGD fixed cash reimbursements per mth. Total starting pay 3.9k
3) Salary, insurances personal coverage, medical benefits as per Singapore market and paid out from SG
4) Have Coms, CPF and VB
5) Transport, accommodation & mobile are covered
