Job Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Supervise, lead, and motivate service staff to maintain high service standards.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer feedback or complaints professionally.
- Monitor staff attendance, work schedules, and daily performance.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards are maintained at all times.
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, and assist with ordering supplies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in achieving sales targets and controlling operating costs.
- Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching to existing team members.
- Handle cashiering, opening, and closing duties when required.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant or F&B operations.
- Previous supervisory experience will be an advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Good problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Able to work independently and handle a fast-paced working environment.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Responsible, proactive, and a good team player.
