Job Description
- Maintain vanilla plants and farm areas
- Assist with planting, pruning, watering, weeding, grass cutting, and harvesting
- Assist with food production, packaging, labelling, inventory, and order preparation
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and quality standards
- Prepare and assist with customer deliveries
- Handle collections, stock movements, and logistical arrangements
- Support bazaars, exhibitions, pop-ups, and promotional activities
- Set up displays, introduce products, and engage customers
- Assist the founder with daily business operations
- Identify tasks that need attention and take initiative
- Support different departments whenever required
Job Requirements
- Adaptability & Initiative: Strong sense of responsibility, proactive approach to problem-solving, and willingness to take initiative in daily tasks
- Communication & Teamwork: Good interpersonal skills and comfort interacting with customers and team members
- Physical Capabilities: Comfortable with hands-on physical labour, outdoor farm work, and standing for extended periods
- Flexibility: Open to supporting occasional weekend events or pop-ups when scheduled
- Driving License: Valid Singapore Class 3 driving license is an advantage (for handling deliveries and logistics)
