Position: Christmas Wonderland Event Crew (4 Positions Available)
Location: Christmas Wonderland, Gardens by the Bay
Contract Period: 27 November 2026 – 3 January 2027
Working Hours & Remuneration:
- 6:15 PM – 11:15 PM (5 hours per shift)
- 3–4 days per week on a rotating roster
- Weekends and Public Holidays may be required
- $15 Per hour rate
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and operate event booths featuring AI Caricature and Build-A-Bear activities.
- Welcome and engage guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist customers with booth activities and provide basic product information.
- Handle queue management and crowd flow.
- Maintain booth cleanliness and presentation standards.
- Support daily opening and closing procedures.
- Escalate operational issues to the Event Supervisor when necessary.
Requirements
- Friendly, outgoing, and approachable personality.
- Comfortable interacting with children, families, and large crowds.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
- Able to commit throughout the event period.
- Prior event, retail, customer service, or attraction experience is an advantage but not required.
Selection Process
- Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
- Shortlisted candidates will be required to attend an interview in November 2026.
- Successful candidates must be available to commit to the event period from 27 November 2026 to 3 January 2027.
