Looking for a role where every day is different? Join our growing Events Team as an Event Sales Admin and gain experience in administration, event coordination and on-site customer support.
💸 ATTRACTIVE PAY
🔥 PART-TIME: $600 – $800 PER WEEK
• Minimum 3 weekdays per week
🚀 FULL-TIME: $2,600 – $3,300 PER MONTH

🕙 WORKING HOURS
Monday – Friday
10:00am – 7:00pm
Part-Time: Minimum 3 weekdays/week
🎯 WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
This is a combination of administration + event coordination + on-site customer support.
🖥️ ADMIN & COORDINATION
• Prepare and update daily event reports and trackers
• Maintain customer registrations and records
• Prepare event forms, materials and supplies
• Track stock and arrange replenishment
• Assist with basic payment records and reconciliation
• Follow up on documentation and daily submissions
🎪 ON-SITE EVENT SUPPORT
• Travel to different event locations when required
• Support the team with daily event operations
• Welcome and approach customers at event sites
• Assist customers with enquiries and available options
• Guide customers through registrations and onboarding
• Help manage customer flow during busy periods
• Ensure customers receive a friendly and positive experience
• Coordinate between the event site and office team
🔎 WHO WE WANT
• Friendly and comfortable interacting with customers
• Organised, Good communication skills and responsible
• Basic Excel / Google Sheets knowledge
• Able to multitask
• Comfortable working both in the office and at event sites
• Positive attitude and willing to learn
⚡ MUST be able to attend interview within 2 days
⚡ MUST be able to start immediately / on short notice
