Located in the heart of Jurong East St 24 at Yuhua Village, The Carving Board is a popular, bustling neighborhood eatery known for serving up premium, restaurant-quality grilled meats, gourmet burgers, and Tap Beers in a relaxed Coffeeshop setting. We are not a halal establishment.
Job Summary
We are looking for dependable Part-Time Service Crew member to join our team.
Students / Housewife may apply or Simply looking for something in-between
Hourly rate: $13 - $15 (depending on work experience)
Timing: 4.30pm - 10.30pm
Shifts available: Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays.
Job Description
- Present menus, take orders accurately and serve food and beverages promptly.
- Set up and clear tables, maintain cleanliness in the dining area and follow food safety and hygiene standards.
- Process payments accurately and handle guest feedback politely, escalating concerns to supervisors where necessary.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house colleagues to ensure smooth service during peak periods.
Job Requirements
- To commit for at least 3 to 6 months.
- Positive attitude, good communication skills and a genuine passion for customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including shifts, weekends and public holidays, as the roles require.
- Previous experience in food service is an advantage, but training will be provided; we welcome applicants of all backgrounds.
- Basic English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
