Job Description

Position Title: Business Development Executive
Working Location: North - Woodlands (Nearest MRT: Admiralty)
Working Hours: 5 days (Monday - Friday: 8.30 AM – 5.30 PM)
Salary Package: Basic Salary + Incentive + Commission + Travel Allowance + AWS + Bonus
Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
Develop business plans, go-to-market strategies, and new market opportunities.
Manage project enquiries and coordinate with key stakeholders.
Grow customer relationships, sales pipelines, and revenue with Key Account Managers.
Conduct market research and identify trends, customer needs, and process improvements.
Support marketing strategies and business initiatives.
Manage RFPs, proposals, pricing, and deal structuring.
Develop outbound sales and business development strategies.
Lead the team, track performance, and report key metrics.
Maintain industry knowledge through networking, training, and events.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Diploma or Degree in Business, Management, or related field.
Project management experience.
Good knowledge of B2B sales.
Proficient in data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
Good communication and resource planning skills.
Adaptable and results-focused.
