Job Description
- Industry/ Organization Type: Marine Equipment Wholesaler
- Position Title: Sales Coordinator (Marine Industry)
- Working Location: Tuas West
- Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (One Sat per month, 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM))
- Salary Package: Basic Salary + Bonus
- Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare quotations, process orders, and arrange shipments
- Coordinate with customers and GB/DSS on cargo, parts, and schedules
- Issue invoices, monitor payments, and handle customer queries or complaints
- Provide after-sales support and prepare reports
- Perform other assigned duties

- Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma
- At least 1 year of experience, preferably in the Marine Industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Willing to take on additional tasks as assigned
- Team player with strong dedication to work
- Available to start immediately or on short notice
