We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Assistant Manager to support our restaurant operations, lead our team and drive business performance.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Restaurant Operations & Business Performance
- Assist in managing the overall daily operations of the outlet to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Monitor outlet performance, including sales, labour costs, food costs, packaging costs and other operating expenses.
- Ensure compliance with Jollibee's operational standards, food safety, service quality and cleanliness requirements.
- Monitor operational performance and work towards achieving business targets.
People Management & Leadership
- Lead, motivate and supervise the restaurant team to achieve operational goals.
- Assist in recruitment, staff training, development and performance management.
- Foster a positive working environment and promote teamwork.
Customer Service & Reporting
- Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Ensure consistent delivery of excellent customer service.
- Prepare monthly management reports and operational updates.
- Carry out other duties and special projects as assigned by Management.
REQUIREMENTS
- Preferably with at least 1–2 years of experience in a supervisory or Assistant Manager role within the F&B industry.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to multitask and work under pressure.
- Self-motivated, responsible and customer-oriented.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
- Strong sense of ownership and commitment to operational excellence.
