Brand & Events Executive
S$3,500–5,500 monthly | Full Time | Yishun
Our client, an F&B lifestyle brand, is looking for a Brand & Events Executive to bring its brand to life through events, partnerships and customer experiences.
What you’ll do
- Plan and execute brand activations, pop-ups, live stations, workshops and collaborations.
- Turn seasonal campaigns and product launches into customer experiences.
- Coordinate event manpower, equipment, inventory and timelines, including on-site setup and teardown where needed.
- Handle enquiries for bulk orders, live stations, workshops and private events.
- Build relationships with corporate clients, event organisers and lifestyle partners.
- Generate event-related business through outreach, partnerships and upselling.
- Manage event budgets and track leads, conversions, results and customer feedback.
What we’re looking for
- Diploma or degree in Marketing, Events, Communications, Business or a related field.
- 1–2 years’ experience in events, brand activations, partnerships or marketing.
- Strong organisational, communication and negotiation skills.
- Creative, proactive and resourceful, with an eye for brand presentation.
- Able to work independently and coordinate with operations, outlet and logistics teams.
- Comfortable with hands-on event work, including evenings or weekends when required.
- Interest in food, lifestyle and creative branding is an advantage.
