What you’ll own:
- The outlet, end to end. Service, food quality, the team, the numbers.
- The experience that turns first-timers into regulars.
- Your outlet’s numbers. You see them every month, and we’ll show you how to move them.
- Your people. Hire, train and build a team that could one day run an outlet of their own.

What you get
- $4,000–$4,500/month, plus a monthly bonus when your outlet hits target + end year bonus
- 5-day work week
- Promotion reviews twice a year
- Meals on shift, uniform, medical benefits — every outlet a short walk from an MRT (Redhill, Bendemeer, Tampines, Telok Ayer)
