We are looking for an organised and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join our People Services team on a six-month contract. You will review, organise and digitise employee personal files (P-Files), keeping records complete, accurate and audit-ready while gaining exposure to HR administration and process improvement. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and audit employee files for completeness, accuracy and proper filing.
- Scan and digitise documents according to established filing requirements.
- Follow up with employees and stakeholders on missing or incomplete documents.
- Organise files and standardise file names and formats for easy retrieval.
- Support records clean-up and document purging, subject to Legal confirmation and retention requirements.
- Collect and validate employee details, including next of kin, emergency contacts and contact numbers.
- Assist with HR documentation, including PDPA form signing, subject to relevant approvals.
- Maintain confidentiality when handling employee documents and personal information.
- Support People Services administration, data management and process improvement.
What We Are Looking For
- Fresh graduates in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Communications or related fields.
- Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to organising documents and data.
- Comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets and digital tools.
- Patient and organised, with the ability to complete repetitive tasks accurately.
- Able to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Interested in improving HR processes through technology.
- Available for a six-month contract in Coca-Cola Singapore Beverages Pte. Ltd. 100G Pasir Panjang Road, #08-01,Interlocal Centre, Singapore 118523
