Service Quality Auditor (Mystery Shopper)
Job Description: Hiselect is partnering with Singapore Haidilao to recruit objective Service Quality Auditors. The ideal candidate will pose as a regular diner to evaluate the customer experience standards at various outlets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct anonymous visits to assigned outlets to audit service quality, food presentation, and environment hygiene.
- Language Proficiency Testing: Engage with frontline service staff in both English and Mandarin to evaluate their linguistic competency and service fluidity in a bilingual environment.
- Material Audit: Verify the accuracy and clarity of bilingual (English & Chinese) menus, promotional materials, and in-store signage.
- Submit detailed, objective written reports regarding the dining experience.
Requirements:
- Not a current or former employee of Haidilao Singapore (to ensure objectivity).
- This role requires the auditor to assess Mandarin-speaking service touchpoints, interact with Chinese-speaking staff to test service standards, and review vernacular operational materials (menus/signage) for accuracy, Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese is essential for this position.
- High attention to detail and strong observation skills.
- Able to adhere to strict confidentiality and objectivity guidelines.
Note: Meal expenses will be fully reimbursed + Project Fee per visit
